Tube Plugs

Tube plugs provide secure mechanical sealing for heat-exchanger, condenser and boiler tubes during maintenance, isolation and pressure testing. Select the plug system by tube ID, wall thickness, material, service pressure, temperature, vibration and whether the repair is temporary or permanent.

Choose the appropriate tube-plug system

• Mechanical and elastomer expansion plugs: for common condenser and heat-exchanger service where the plug design matches the tube dimensions and duty. Compare mechanical heat-exchanger tube plugs and elastomer condenser plugs.
• Medium- and high-pressure tube plugging: for applications that require a purpose-designed permanent mechanical plug. Review Torq N Seal medium-pressure tube plugs and Torq N Seal high-pressure tube plugs.
