Compare with AK-2
The AK-2 kit includes .040 in components and a short backcap. AK-3 instead includes 1/8 in components, a #8 cup, and both backcap lengths. Choose by the parts needed rather than assuming the kits have identical contents.
These are standard collet-body components. Check compatibility before using them with a gas-lens or stubby conversion. The kit does not include a complete torch, and its electrode sizes do not change the torch’s current rating.
