Tri Tool 204B Pipe Bevelling Machine
The Tri Tool 204B BEVELMASTER is an ID-mounted pipe bevelling machine for weld-end preparation, facing and counterboring. Prepare pipe ends for welding
The 204B mounts inside the pipe and uses an in-line feed to advance the cutting head. Its three tool-bit slots support end-facing, bevel and counterbore operations with the appropriate bits. A sealed head, machined body and tapered roller bearings support the drive assembly; hardened mandrel blocks provide the internal grip.

Inside diameter determines whether the mandrel can grip the pipe. Outside diameter and wall thickness determine the cutting setup; the two diameter limits are not interchangeable.

Attachments and package selection
- Reduced-diameter mandrels extend mounting below the standard 1.250-inch ID minimum.
- The optional flange-facing attachment covers 1.50–14.00-inch diameters (38.1–355.6 mm).
- The listed elbow-mandrel range is 1.00–4.50 inches ID (25.4–114.3 mm); confirm the required kit and elbow geometry.
- Air and electric drive configurations are available; specify the site utilities.
