The Tri Tool BoilerMaster is an ID-mounted boiler tube bevelling machine with a right-angle ratchet feed for restricted-access work. Right-angle feed for boiler tube work
The BoilerMaster is configured for end preparation in boiler tubes, water walls and headers where access to an in-line feed can be limited. Its ratchet feed positions the cutting head from the side. Check the space around the tube, the available straight bore and the required tool clearance before selecting a setup.
A sealed head protects the internal drive, while the machined body houses the gears and tapered roller bearings. The tool-steel mandrel and hardened mounting blocks provide internal support. Standard and wedge-lock cutting bits are selected to suit the head and operation.

Mandrel ID and cutting OD are separate limits. Confirm the head, drive, tube wall and tooling for the supplied machine. Heavier walls and demanding alloy work require an appropriate cutting procedure.
Select tools for the weld preparation
Send Justram the actual tube ID and OD, wall thickness, material and end-preparation drawing. Include bevel angle, land, counterbore and any access restrictions. Carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys and copper-nickel require suitable bits; Inconel and other high-temperature alloys may need special procedures. Flange-facing work requires confirmation of a compatible attachment.
