The CLIMAX BW1000 Auto Bore Welder automates spiral weld deposition inside suitable bores before finish machining. Its portable arrangement supports shop and field repair work where the workpiece can be prepared, mounted and welded using an appropriate procedure.

Torch range depends on the package
CLIMAX literature describes configurations spanning 0.88–24-inch bores, while its current specification sheet lists a 0.88–12-inch torch range. Confirm the included torches, adapters, clearance and extensions for the required bore; do not assume the full range is supplied with every package.
Welding equipment and mounting
Specify the wire feeder and welding power source so compatibility and the required connections can be checked. Confirm what is included in the welder package, including torches, consumables, cables and mounting components.
Interface kits allow the BW1000 to use suitable mounting fixtures associated with the BB3000, BB4500 and BB5000. Verify the correct kit and alignment for the setup.
