The CK D2GS116LD Gas Saver kit is the large-diameter clear-cup kit for 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) tungsten on compatible 2 Series torches such as CK9 and CK20. The transparent Pyrex-style glass cup improves the sightline around the joint, while the diffuser assembly distributes shielding gas across the cup opening.

Set gas coverage for the actual joint
Choose this size when the installed tungsten is 1/16 inch. Verify the torch configuration before fitting the kit. Set gas flow and electrode extension for the welding procedure, joint access and surrounding conditions; a larger cup does not establish a universal flow setting or permitted stick-out.
Gas Saver is designed to improve shielding distribution compared with a standard collet-body setup. Actual gas use and weld shielding depend on the assembled system and application. The clear cup helps visibility but does not replace required welding eye protection.
