The CK D2GS332LD Gas Saver kit matches 3/32 inch (2.4 mm) tungsten to a large-diameter clear-cup setup on compatible 2 Series torches, including CK9 and CK20. Its glass cup allows a clearer sightline around the weld area, and the matched diffuser components distribute the shielding gas.

Use matching components
Check both the torch configuration and electrode diameter. Changing tungsten size requires appropriately sized gripping and adapter components; the cup diameter alone does not identify the correct kit. Select gas flow and tungsten extension for the procedure and joint rather than assuming a fixed saving or universal reach limit.
The Gas Saver arrangement is intended to improve shielding distribution compared with a standard collet body. Actual coverage depends on the installed parts, flow and surrounding conditions. Use the clear cup for visibility with the required welding eye protection.
