The CK D2GS418LD Gas Saver kit is the 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) tungsten version of CK’s large-diameter clear-cup kit for 2 Series torches. It fits compatible CK9/CK20 configurations and combines a transparent glass cup with matched gas-distribution components.

Check size and shielding requirements
Confirm the electrode diameter and existing torch configuration before selecting the kit. A 1/8 inch kit identifies the matched electrode components; it does not increase the rating of the torch. Choose gas flow and electrode extension to suit the welding procedure, joint and ambient conditions.
The clear cup helps the sightline around the joint while the diffuser distributes gas across the opening. Gas consumption and shielding quality depend on the assembled setup, so do not assume a fixed saving or universal stick-out allowance. Required welding eye protection still applies.
