1/8-inch ceriated tungsten pack
The T187GC2 provides the 1/8 in diameter in CK Worldwide’s grey-coded ceriated electrode range. It can be used in suitable AC or DC TIG setups when the electrode preparation and machine settings match the application.

Check the complete torch setup
Use a collet or adapter sized for the electrode and verify that the torch arrangement supports the planned current and duty cycle. A larger electrode does not increase the torch’s own rating.
Choose polarity, waveform, tip geometry and operating current from the applicable equipment guidance and welding procedure. Prepare a clean tip and set the extension to suit the cup and joint access. Do not infer a universal amperage limit or guaranteed service life from the electrode diameter.
