Flange Line Up Pins
Flange line up pins help position flange bolt holes during pipe fit-up. Choose carbon steel push-button, stainless steel slide-lock or stainless steel wobble-nut styles, and confirm the hole diameter and access needed for your application.
Choose a flange alignment pin style
Mathey Dearman flange line up pins provide a reference for flange orientation. Used in pairs, their wide profiles support a level or square for alignment checks. Support the pipe and flange independently while setting the joint.
| Style | Construction and release |
|---|---|
| Push-button | Black-oxide-coated carbon steel, ACME thread and push-button release |
| Slide-lock | Stainless steel with a locking lever |
| Wobble-nut | Stainless steel with a quick-disengaging nut |
Check flange-hole fit
The listed flange-hole diameter range is 5/8–1-7/8 in. This describes the hole the pin fits, not the pipe diameter or nominal bolt size. Confirm the selected pin model, flange thickness, access and required quantity with Justram before ordering.
Choose the release style to suit the working space and handling requirements. Alignment time depends on the joint and setup; pins do not replace suitable supports, lifting equipment or the final inspection of the fit-up.
