The CK FL3L FlexLoc torch head is the 3 Series replacement head listed for FL150, FL150V and FL250 torches. Its FlexLoc mounting system allows 360° head rotation and locking to set the working angle for access around the joint.

Use the correct consumable series
FL3L takes 3 Series head accessories. Select the collet and collet body for the tungsten diameter, and a compatible cup for the shielding setup. The FL2L head is the separate 2 Series option; the two head designations should not be used interchangeably when ordering consumables.
Check the complete FlexLoc assembly
This is a replacement head rather than a complete torch, handle and cable package. Check CK’s parts diagram for the existing configuration and follow the installation and locking instructions. The assembly’s cooling arrangement and rating still apply when selecting a head; the head alone does not define the complete torch’s current capacity.
