Identify parts for your existing tool

Send Justram the model, a photo of the tool and required component, and any part number from the operating manual. For seal and washer sets, include the measured tube inside diameter or tube outside diameter and wall thickness. Also identify the tube length, tubesheet spacing and any channel-head or header-box access restriction.

Legacy operating reference

The original system uses an air-injection gun at one tube end and a plugging gun at the other to test individual heat-exchanger tubes. Standard G150 seal sets cover tube IDs from 0.280 to 1.230 inches (7.11–31.24 mm); larger G150A applications require their matching components.

Use the manufacturer’s complete instructions for seal sizing, supply-pressure limits and test procedure. Required pressure regulation depends on tube size; a general plant-air range is not a setting for every tube. Air-cooled exchanger header access may require different backup washers.
