HT Series manual hydrostatic test pumps provide controlled water-pressure testing for pipelines, vessels, fittings, heat exchangers, sprinkler systems, hoses and valves. The hand-operated range is also suitable for manually operating compatible hydraulic equipment.
Choose the pressure and delivery capacity
These positive-displacement hand pumps trade flow for pressure as the model number increases. Select the model for the required test pressure, system volume, fluid, connections and the applicable test procedure. Confirm that the selected pump, hose, fittings, gauge and test arrangement are rated for the intended pressure.

For portable, occasional testing and smaller test volumes, select an HT manual pump. Where compressed air is available for frequent testing, compare pneumatic hydrostatic test pumps. Where electrical power makes a motor-driven option suitable, compare electric hydrostatic test pumps.
Construction and serviceability
- Close-grain cast-iron body and base.
- Positive-seating brass or stainless-steel valves, as required for the rated pressure.
- Hard chrome-plated steel piston on HT-200; stainless-steel piston on the other models.
- Steel lever with hand grip for maximum working pressure with minimum effort.
- Bolted stuffing box for packing adjustment or replacement.
