HP-series pneumatic hydrostatic test pumps use compressed air to drive a liquid test pump. The range includes different pressure and flow configurations for industrial testing applications.

HP-10, HP-20 and HP-30 pressure ranges

Choose the model for the intended test pressure and confirm its flow at that pressure. The HP-series maximum of 7 GPM describes other configurations in the range; it should not be read as 7 GPM at 30,000 psi for the HP-30.

Compressed-air supply and operation

The manufacturer describes operation from a 100 psi shop-air supply and the ability to start or stop while under pressure. Air pressure alone does not determine suitability: confirm the compressor flow capacity, air quality, connections and model operating requirements.

Specify the test volume, target pressure and required filling time. Match the pump, gauges, hoses, fittings and test components to the complete test arrangement.

Test medium and configuration options

Ask about versions for particular fuels, oils or chemicals. Provide the exact medium, concentration and temperature so the wetted materials and seals can be checked. Compatibility is specific to the supplied configuration.

Dual-gauge, higher-flow and custom options are available by inquiry. Wheel-and-handle kits vary by unit size; confirm the correct kit and supplied accessories for the selected pump.
