Internal Pipe Alignment Clamps
Internal pipe alignment clamps for suitable pipe-to-flange fit-up, with independently adjustable jaws and stainless steel contact points. Three listed sizes cover 2–12-inch pipe applications. Use separate support for the flange weight.
Internal pipe alignment clamps help position a flange relative to the pipe from inside the bore. Independently adjustable jaws allow the pipe and flange to be gripped separately, including suitable fit-ups where their internal dimensions differ.

Confirm the actual pipe and flange bore, flange type and available access before selecting a size. These nominal size descriptions should not replace the supplied tool’s dimensional limits.
Alignment and flange support
The clamp is an alignment tool. Use a separate lifting or support device for the flange weight. Do not rely on the alignment jaws as a lifting attachment.
One-piece construction and stainless steel contact points support practical fit-up work. Check the supplied clamp for the intended weld-neck or slip-on flange configuration and keep contact surfaces clean.
Fit-up arrangement
The first jaw set grips the pipe inside diameter; the second positions the supported flange while the gap is adjusted. Follow the supplied instructions for tightening, alignment and removal.
Internal or external alignment
Choose internal alignment where bore access and flange geometry permit it. For fit-up from outside the pipe, compare external pipe alignment clamps.
