Match the plugs to the application
Confirm plug expansion range, stem arrangement, gas inlet and exhaust connections, and access for removal. Select the configuration around the complete assembly, including any branches or fittings. The nylon body and seal both affect suitability; a seal’s temperature or chemical rating cannot be treated as a rating for the complete plug.
For heated work, process fluids, pressure testing or hygienic service, ask for the applicable material, temperature, pressure and compliance documentation for the supplied kit. The presence of silicone seals alone does not establish food-contact approval, universal chemical resistance or a 250°C assembly rating.
