ICU 5 compact cutters for repetitive light cuts
Holmatro compact hydraulic cutters provide a lighter hand-held option for repetitive industrial cutting where access and handling weight matter. The ICU 5 range offers four blade configurations for different workpiece shapes. These light duty mobile cutters have lower cutting forces than the larger ICU 10 and ICU 40 families.

Maximum working pressure is 500 bar. Blade opening and cutting force do not establish cutting capacity for every material. Confirm the blade-specific limits for the material grade, section size and wall thickness.
Hydraulic power, hose length and handling
The cutter requires a compatible hydraulic pump and hose set. Justram can discuss electric or gas-powered pump packages and the hose length needed for your work area. The existing standard hose option is 20 ft; confirm the supplied package and coupling compatibility when ordering.
The ICU 5 uses two-hand operation with a dead-man control function and guarded moving parts. Follow the model-specific operating and maintenance instructions, including inspection of blades and hydraulic connections.

Send Justram the material, section dimensions, cutting frequency, access constraints, available power and required hose length. For an electric package, request the CSA inspection documentation for the supplied unit.
