Tri Tool 300 MicroFacer Tube Squaring Machine
The Tri Tool 300 MicroFacer is a compact tube squaring machine for 0.125–0.750-inch OD tubing (3.2–19.1 mm). It faces tube ends for autogenous welding using size-specific OD saddles and a variable-speed cordless drive. Justram can help select the saddle and cutting bit for your tube or fitting.
Small-tube facing for weld preparation
The MicroFacer supports the tube in an OD saddle while a cutting bit squares the end. A cam-operated feed handle sits at a right angle to the head. This arrangement is useful for small tube and fitting work where access and available clamping length are important.

Use actual tube OD to select the saddle. The minimum clamping length does not describe all the space needed around the cutter and fitting. Confirm the exact machine generation, saddle and motor configuration for restricted-access work.
Saddles, drive and cutting bits
Specify straight tube, micro fittings or other fittings when requesting tooling. Check the available straight clamping surface and provide the material and wall thickness. Stainless steel, carbon steel, copper-nickel and aluminium require suitable cutting conditions; ask for procedure review for Inconel or other demanding alloys.
The listed machine package includes a cordless motor, charger, additional battery, wrench kit, case and operating manual. Confirm battery voltage, charger supply, saddle and facing-bit inclusion for the supplied unit. An 18-inch flexible-drive extension is listed in the legacy configuration; confirm compatibility before ordering.
For cleanroom work, specify cleanliness, lubricant and saddle-material requirements in the quotation. Confirm the supplied equipment meets those requirements rather than relying on a general cleanroom claim.
