Tri Tool 302 Tube Squaring Machine
The Tri Tool 302 is an OD saddle-mounted tube squaring machine for straight tube and suitable fittings from 0.188 to 2.375 inches OD (4.8–60.3 mm). Tube facing for workshop and fabrication use
The Model 302 holds the workpiece in an OD saddle while the cutting head faces the end. Its cast body supports left- or right-hand arrangements in suitable configurations. A bench setup is useful for repeated tube preparation; confirm the mounting arrangement for the supplied machine.

These figures describe the Model 302, not the larger-range STS-2. Select by actual OD, wall and the available straight clamping surface, and match the document to the supplied machine.
Production and tooling options
A microfeed attachment provides an alternative to the lever feed for controlled tool advance. Pneumatic clamping and compatible foot controls are options for repeated operations. Confirm accessory compatibility and utility requirements in the quotation.
Facing, beveling and ID-deburring operations require appropriate bits. Provide the material grade, including carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys, copper-nickel or aluminium. Inconel and other high-temperature alloys may require special procedures.
For high-purity or electropolished tubing, specify saddle material, contact-surface condition and cleanliness requirements. Check the completed end preparation against the weld specification.
