Tri Tool 306 Tube Squaring Machine
The Tri Tool 306 is a tube squaring machine for approximately 1.000–6.625 inches OD (25.4–168.3 mm), with listed walls up to 0.250 inch (6.35 mm). Its OD saddle system supports tube end preparation, and the cutting head accepts up to three tools for compatible operations. Contact Justram for the appropriate saddle and drive setup.
Larger-tube end preparation
The Model 306 is suited to repeated tube preparation on a bench, with a removable stand for selected portable work. Quick-change saddles hold the tube externally while the graduated feed advances the cutting tools. Select facing, beveling or counterboring bits for the required preparation.

Use actual tube OD and wall thickness for selection. Confirm the machine generation, saddle set and complete operating clearance. The feed-dial graduations indicate tool movement, not a guaranteed finished-part tolerance.
Saddles, material and setup
Provide the straight length available for clamping, especially for fittings or short tube sections. Ask Justram about suitable saddle sets and any short-perch or special clamping requirement. Verify compatibility before assuming accessories from other 300-series models will fit.
Specify the material grade and end-preparation drawing. Carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys, copper-nickel and aluminium require suitable tooling and cutting conditions. Inconel and other high-temperature alloys may need special procedures.
For high-purity or electropolished tubing, define contact-material, cleanliness and lubrication requirements. The supplied saddle and process must be checked against those requirements.
Technical reference and quotation
The manufacturer-authored Model 306 operating manual, revision 230206 (PDF) provides setup and operating details. For smaller tube diameters, compare the Model 304. Send Justram the workpiece dimensions, material, power supply and bench or site requirements for a configured quotation.
