Tri Tool 308 Tube Squaring Machine
The Tri Tool 308 is a tube squaring machine for 1.000–8.625-inch OD tubing (25.4–219.1 mm), with listed walls up to 0.250 inch (6.35 mm). Its 2-inch feed travel and three tool positions support compatible facing, beveling and counterboring operations. Ask Justram to confirm the supplied machine and clamping configuration.
End preparation for larger tube diameters
The Model 308 holds the workpiece externally with suitable saddles or an optional collet arrangement. The feed advances the cutting head for tube squaring and selected combined preparations. A bench setup supports repeated work on straight tube and fittings that can be securely clamped.

Choose the clamping and cutting tools
Provide actual tube OD, wall thickness and the straight length available for gripping. Fittings require a suitable support arrangement and adequate cutter clearance. Collet clamping requires a compatible adapter and collet; confirm those parts in the quotation.
Specify the bevel angle, land, counterbore or ID-deburring details. Combined operations depend on bit geometry, feed travel and the available clearance. Select the electric drive and controls for the site power supply.
Material and cleanliness requirements
Carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys, copper-nickel and aluminium require suitable bits and cutting conditions. Inconel and other high-temperature alloys may need special procedures. For electropolished or high-purity tubing, specify contact materials, cleanliness and lubrication requirements and inspect the prepared edges.
Technical reference and quotation
