Tri Tool 5716 Tube Severing Machine
The Tri Tool 5716AC SEVERMASTER cuts large tubing and suitable thin-wall pipe using size-specific external clamping. Severing larger-diameter thin-wall tube
The 5716AC is the larger model in the 5712AC/5716AC pair. Its four-piece clamping system supports the tube around its outside diameter, using a screw-operated closure and lockable speed nut. Specify the actual tube size and condition so the support arrangement can be matched to the workpiece.
Dual severing tools cut the tube, while the auto-cycle feature resets the tooling after the cut. Adjustable feed increments and motor speed allow the operator to select suitable cutting conditions. Enclosed gearing and a foot-operated control are part of the listed setup.

For pipe applications, provide actual OD and wall thickness as well as the nominal pipe designation. Confirm the selected clamping range and supplied motor; the machine number alone does not identify every accessory or electrical requirement.
Configure clamping, handling and finish
Supply the material grade, tube ovality, available gripping length, finished cut length and intended production volume. Size-specific clamping must be specified when ordering. Review the required end finish separately from the severing operation; the SQM-3 provides optional squaring capability.
Confirm tools, wrenches, controls and the integrated accessory box in the quotation. The manufacturer brochure does not list a carrying case. Establish machine lifting, tube support and workspace requirements for the complete package.
