Tri Tool 576 Tube Severing Machine
The Tri Tool 576AC SEVERMASTER cuts 2.000–6.625-inch OD tubing (50.8–168.3 mm) and suitable thin-wall pipe. It combines an auto-cycle cutting feed with quick-lock external clamping. The listed wall capacity is 0.156 inch (4.0 mm); Justram can confirm the tools, collets and drive for your material.
Controlled tube severing with automatic tool return
The 576AC advances the tool in adjustable increments as the cutting head rotates, then returns the bit to its starting position for the next cycle. Set the start and finish positions to suit the tube. Motor speed and feed increment are chosen together for the material and wall thickness.
A single lever operates the quick-lock collet closure. Size-specific 600-series collets provide the workpiece grip; confirm the correct clamping components in the quotation.

| Maximum listed wall thickness | 0.156 in (4.0 mm), subject to application |
| Feed per revolution | 0.001–0.005 in (0.025–0.127 mm), adjustable |
| Collet clamping length | 3.000 in (76.2 mm) |
| Listed machine weight | 93 lb (42.2 kg) |
| Standard drive | Electric; confirm supplied motor voltage and current |
| Optional end-squaring module | SQM-2AC |
Heavier-wall work requires manufacturer procedure review. Nominal pipe size does not equal actual OD; provide measured dimensions to verify clamping and cutting capacity.
Cutting bits and end finish
Select the bit edge width for the tube wall and the required finish on the mounting or drop-off side of the cut. Turning-style severing can produce collectable chips, but chip form and edge condition depend on the material and cutting parameters. Inspect the severed ends against the application requirements.
The optional SQM-2AC performs a separate end-squaring operation. Confirm module compatibility, required bits and the resulting setup; the module is not implied to be included with the standard severing machine.
Material, drive and package selection
Provide material grade, OD, wall, cut length and available straight gripping length. Stainless steel, carbon steel, chrome alloys, copper-nickel and aluminium require appropriate tooling; Inconel and other high-temperature alloys may need special procedures. Specify cleanliness and contact-material requirements for high-purity tubing.
The listed package includes the machine, electric motor, bench stand, severing bit, wrench kit and manual. Pneumatic drive, case and additional accessories require selection. Confirm the complete supplied package with Justram.
