Tri Tool PFM 3248 Pipe Facing Machine

The Tri Tool PFM 3248 PIPEMASTER is an ID-mounted hydraulic pipe facing and beveling machine for nominal 32–48 in pipe. Five tracking modules support end preparation, with a listed wall capacity of 2 in (50.8 mm). Specify the mounting head and tooling for the actual bore and bevel.

Facing and beveling for large pipeline ends

The PFM 3248 PIPEMASTER uses twin hydraulic motors and a helical gear drive to rotate its cutting head. Hydraulic feed provides rapid positioning and controlled advancement. Five ID-tracking modules support facing, beveling and appropriately tooled counterboring.

The standard head serves nominal 32–48-inch pipe. A separate 24–32-inch mounting head is described as an accessory; confirm its availability, mounting limits and tool arrangement for the supplied machine. Internal clamping dimensions must be checked separately from outside-diameter machining capacity.
