The PFM 3456 PIPEMASTER uses an internal mandrel to hold the machine for facing, beveling and suitably tooled counterboring. Twin hydraulic motors drive the cutting head through helical gearing, while hydraulic cylinders provide rapid positioning and cutting feed. Five ID-tracking arms support the tooling arrangement.
