Tri Tool PFM 614 Pipe Facing Machine
The Tri Tool PFM 614 PIPEMASTER is an OD-mounted hydraulic pipe facing and beveling machine for nominal 6–14 in pipe. Standard mounting covers 6.625–14 in actual OD; a separate 4-inch pipe kit extends the mounting range. Confirm tooling, pipe wall and hydraulic power for the application.
OD-mounted pipeline facing and beveling
The Tri Tool PFM 614 PIPEMASTER clamps around the pipe exterior, leaving the bore available for end preparation. Dual hydraulic motors drive the cutting head, while hydraulic feed provides rapid positioning and controlled cutting feed. Three ID-tracking tool modules distribute machining work across the head.

| Optional 4-inch pipe kit / short perch OD mounting | 4.5–14 in (114.3–355.6 mm) |
| Standard minimum machining ID | 4.89 in (124.2 mm) |
| Listed maximum wall | 2.48 in (63 mm), subject to pipe dimensions and preparation |
| Axial feed travel | 5.5 in (139.7 mm) |
| Machine weight | 2,650 lb (approximately 1,202 kg) |
| Hydraulic supply | Primary: 60 gpm at 2,000 psi; secondary: 5 gpm at 2,000 psi |
Nominal pipe size differs from actual outside diameter. The optional 4-inch pipe kit is listed for 4.5-inch OD pipe; do not interpret the nominal designation as a universal 4-inch OD clamping capacity. Confirm thin-wall and tubing applications against the specific mounting kit.
Configure the machine for the job
Provide actual OD and ID, wall thickness, material, bevel drawing, coating cut-back and available straight clamping length. Identify any collar or adjacent obstruction. Justram can check the mounting pads, short-perch arrangement, tool holders, inserts and hydraulic power package against these requirements.
The system includes a switched chip guard and clamping interlock. Setup and operation must follow the supplied manual. Cycle time depends on the material, preparation and handling arrangement; select tooling for the intended cut rather than assuming a fixed cycle time.
