Tri Tool SQM Tube Squaring Module
The Tri Tool SQM tube squaring module adds end-facing capability to a compatible SEVERMASTER tube severing machine. Choose SQM-1AC for the 572AC or SQM-2AC for the 576AC, with tooling matched to the tube and required finish.
End squaring after tube severing
The optional Tri Tool SQM module pivots into position after the severing cut and locks over the tube end. Its manual feed lets the operator control material removal during end squaring. This is an accessory for a compatible SEVERMASTER, rather than a standalone tube-facing machine.

These are the published SQM accessory ranges. The cutting capacity of a newer host machine does not automatically establish the capacity of an existing squaring module or tool bit. Confirm the module, machine generation and tooling before using a different wall thickness.

For a quotation, provide the SEVERMASTER model and serial number, actual tube OD, wall thickness, material and required end preparation. Include any existing module or tool-bit part numbers so Justram can check the compatible assembly and replacement tooling.
