The CK MT200 AC/DC TIG welder is a dual-voltage inverter welding system for shop fabrication and portable work. AC/DC TIG capability supports a range of procedures, including aluminum and steel applications, with stick welding available as a separate mode.
Input voltage and output capacity
The available output depends on the input supply. The 200A TIG maximum applies on 220 V; it should not be assumed available from a 115 V circuit.
| Specification | Manufacturer value |
|---|---|
| Input supply | 115/220 V AC, single phase, 50/60 Hz |
| TIG output on 115 V | 5–140A |
| TIG output on 220 V | 5–200A |
| Stick output on 115 V | 10–110A |
| Stick output on 220 V | 10–160A |
| Rated TIG output on 220 V | 200A at 25% duty cycle |
| Rated stick output on 220 V | 160A at 30% duty cycle |
| Machine weight | 32 lb (14.5 kg) |
Consult the manufacturer’s manual for circuit requirements and the applicable 115 V duty-cycle ratings. Maximum output and continuous operating capacity are different specifications.
Listed welding-system contents
- CK17 flexible-head torch with SuperFlex cable
- Foot-pedal amperage control
- Regulator and gas hose
- Work/ground cable
- AK-3 consumable kit
- 220 V to 115 V input adapter
Plan for the appropriate shielding-gas supply, filler material and welding protection. Match the torch’s rating to the work as well as the power source’s output. The package does not make every procedure ready to run without application-specific setup.
Consumables and setup support
Review the AK-3 kit component list when selecting tungsten sizes and spare parts. Contact Justram with the material, thickness and available electrical supply to confirm that the MT200 system suits the application.
