Magnatech Pipemaster 515 Orbital Welding Power Supply
Self-contained 0–200 A power supply and controller for compatible Magnatech orbital GTAW weldheads. The Pipemaster 515 combines current delivery, head control, stored programs, weld monitoring and optional 905E cooling.

The Magnatech Pipemaster 515 combines a 0–200 A welding power supply with digital control for compatible orbital GTAW weldheads. It supports multi-pass pipe, tube and tubesheet work where coordinated welding current, head rotation, wire feed, arc-gap control and oscillation are required.

- 0–200 A output with 230 VAC, single-phase, 5.0 kVA, 50/60 Hz input for the current 515G reference configuration.
- Control of weldhead rotation, filler-wire feed, electronic arc-gap control, oscillation and synchronized pulsed current where supported.
- Up to 100 stored weld programs and up to 100 levels per program.
- Auto-program and teach functions, plus selectable position- or time-based programming.
- Weld-parameter monitoring, programmable supervisory overrides, USB program/QC-data transfer and integrated print capability.
Applications
The Pipemaster 515 is used with compatible GTAW weldheads for repeatable pipe, tube and tubesheet welding in shop or field environments. Automatically generated settings are a starting point; the welding procedure remains subject to qualification and application requirements.
