Manual Saddle Pipe Cutting Machines — Mathey
Mathey Dearman manual saddle machines guide a machine torch around the pipe using a hand crank. The model family covers nominal 1.5–48 in pipe; choose the saddle and spacer set for the actual pipe OD. The cutting torch and process equipment are specified separately.
Hand-cranked pipe cutting and beveling
A Mathey manual saddle pipe cutting machine supports and guides a compatible machine torch around the pipe. Spacer bolts locate the saddle, and the fastening assembly secures it for the cut. Hand-cranked travel gives the operator direct control of torch movement for shop or field work.

This is a family of separate machines, not one saddle covering the full range. Nominal pipe size differs from actual OD, and a standard spacer set does not necessarily include every intermediate size. Supply actual dimensions when selecting spacers.
Torch and accessory selection
The standard torch carrier accommodates a 1.375-inch (approximately 35 mm) barrel. Confirm the torch, rack, mounting arm and cutting process together. A compatible oxy-fuel or plasma setup requires its own torch and process equipment; these should not be assumed included with the saddle.
Available options include contour-cutting attachments, a plasma-oriented pro torch arm, double torch arms, out-of-round rollers, step spacers and storage boxes. Request the correct manual cutting package
