CK20-25SF is a 250A water-cooled rigid TIG torch package with a 25 ft (7.6 m) three-piece SuperFlex cable and hose set. It uses 2 Series head accessories. CK rates the torch at 250A ACHF or DCSP at 100% duty cycle when used with the specified cooling arrangement.

The CK20-25SF is CK Worldwide’s 25 ft SuperFlex version of its rigid-head CK20 water-cooled TIG torch package. It combines a CK20 torch body, handle and three-piece cable/hose assembly for a complete torch setup; it is not a replacement body or head on its own.

Verify the power connection, gas connection, water-in and water-return connections on the welding machine and cooler before ordering. The published torch rating depends on the required water-cooling conditions; it does not mean the torch can be used without a compatible cooler or beyond the power source’s limits. Confirm any needed machine adapter and select 2 Series collets, collet bodies and cups for the tungsten diameter and shielding arrangement.
