What is the warranty period?

The purge monitor comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Please note: The monitor includes a sensor designed to last approximately 18–24 months when stored properly. Sensors are not covered under warranty, as storage conditions vary by user. Most sensors typically last 18–28 months.
All products are serviced, repaired, and calibrated in Canada at our Aurora, ON facility.

Will the purge monitor include an instruction manual?

Yes. Each monitor is supplied with a detailed instruction manual and a calibration certificate for your convenience.

Does the monitor operate with a charger or batteries?

Previous-generation PurgEye 100 monitors with plastic housings use AA batteries. Newer-generation monitors with metal housings use AAA batteries. Check the battery compartment and user manual for your instrument before fitting replacements, and follow the specified battery type and polarity.
