These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through justram.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Justram Equipment Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells products subject to the following conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
2. Ordering & Acceptance
All orders submitted through the Site constitute an offer to purchase products. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including in cases of limited availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been accepted and is being processed.
3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees
For all international orders:
All customs charges – including, but not limited to, duties, import taxes, VAT, import fees, and brokerage charges – are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in Justram’s product pricing or shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations before placing an order.
If an order is refused due to customs charges, all return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in like-new, resaleable condition.
Written approval is required before returning any product. Contact Justram Equipment Inc. within the return window and wait for return instructions before sending anything back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are not automatically accepted. An exchange may be approved on a case-by-case basis only after written approval from Justram Equipment Inc.

Late or unauthorized returns, and shipments sent back without prior written approval, may be refused.
7. Warranty
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties as provided by the respective brand.
Justram Equipment Inc. does not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justram Equipment Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Accuracy of Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all details – including specifications, compatibility, or availability – are error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or adjust affected orders if required.
